Description

“You wake under a moon that never sets. The music box is already winding.”

The Collector: Hollowmere is co-op horror for 2–4 players. Short nights in a town that lost morning. Light Soul Lanterns, crack friends out of glass jars, get to the Dawn Bell. One AI hunter tracks noise and open light the whole time.

Elias Voss was a clockmaker. Plague took his daughter. He built a machine to keep the other children safe. A century later it still does the job the only way it knows how — jars, shelf, music box.

Features

Story

Voss built the Collector as mercy. The machine never got the memo that mercy has an end date. One living girl and three porcelain vessels try to force morning before they end up labeled on the shelf with everyone else.

Two exits:

DAWN

Bell rings. Fog breaks. First sunrise in a long time.

THE SHELF

Everyone goes home to the workshop. Music box rewinds.

Characters

The Whisper

Only living girl in the group. Hold still and she hears the hunt early.

Passive — Echoes: standing still extends her hearing range.
Active — Memory Flicker: hums a decoy down the wrong street.

The Swift

Runner. First out when a chase starts.

Passive — Light Foot: quieter movement, faster vaults.
Active — Porcelain Dash: short burst, then recovery cost.

The Keeper

Built for rescues. Dead weight until someone’s in glass.

Passive — Soft Hands: interactions finish faster.
Active — Jar Link: boosts a trapped voice; tags the Collector near that jar.

The Ember

Lantern specialist. Lights things that probably shouldn’t be lit.

Passive — Warmth: keeps more lantern progress after interruptions.
Active — Soul Spark: drops light that thins fog and exposes him if he crosses it.

The Collector

Tall clockwork figure in top hat and frock coat. Tracks sound, light, and bad decisions. Doesn’t sprint. Doesn’t tire. Thinks the jar is kindness.

“I only wish to keep you safe.”
